Macofer S.p.A. hot galvanizing began in 1973, specializing in two production lines: for large pieces and for small metal parts in the centrifuge. With a production area of 25,000 sq m of which 6,000 sq m covered, it is a company of the Del Carlo Group, together with a district of Italian companies of excellence: Lorenzo Del Carlo, Metalzinco and CML, specialized in the various processing stages.

ENVIRONMENT
Hot-dip galvanizing binds cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability through the protection of steel from corrosion, extends the life cycle of the works avoiding maintenance and reconstruction, and at the end of the life of the zinc coating the product, which has remained unchanged in its original structure, can be protected again from corrosion by a new galvanizing or recycled in steel plant as raw material.
